- Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Access to storage units is available on Saturday and Sunday, but the office is closed.
- Container access is available 7 days a week. The gate is open from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., and Sunday, 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. Please see Colin if you require access outside these times.
- Lockers and storage trunks may be accessed during office hours as above. Access outside these hours is only available by arrangement.
- We can unload deliveries by forklift during office hours as above. Any deliveries arriving after this time that require a forklift will be refused until the next day. Pallet lifts are charged at £5.00 per lift (plus VAT) and are invoiced quarterly.
- You are responsible for disposing of your own rubbish.
- Skips are not allowed on-site without prior permission.
- We can accept deliveries during office hours on your behalf, but please note that we cannot check items, only sign that we have accepted the delivery.
- Overnight vehicle parking in the yard is not permitted.
- Rental invoices are posted monthly, and payment is due within two weeks of the invoice date.
